Funeral services for Horace A. Evans are scheduled for 10:00am in Tims Chapel, Altus, officiated by Rev. C. L. Abercrombie. Burial will follow in the American Legion Cemetery under the directions of Tims Funeral Home.
Horace A. Evans is survived by his wife, Anna of Englewood, California; five daughters, Mrs. H. D. Akers, Headrick, Oklahoma; Mrs. Everett Nall, Altus, Oklahoma; Mrs. O. K, Kirby, Blair, Oklahoma; Mrs. Louis Robinson, Blair, Oklahoma; Mrs. Jimmie Jones, Spain; two sons, Horace A. Evans Jr. Inglewood, California; Hiram Oscar, North Carolina; one sister, Jennie Hoagland, Santa Barbara, California; one brother, Richard, Evans, Happy Texas; several grandchildren.
