Obituary for Howard L. Reynolds
Howard L. Reynolds, age 82, born December 17, 1937 in Fresno, California to Wilson and Eunice (Overton) Reynolds. The family moved back to Vinson, Oklahoma when Howard was 18 months old. Howard passed from his earthly home on April 6, 2020 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s, surrounded by his family at his home in Norman, Oklahoma. Howard was a member of The First United Methodist Church. He loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting, and always had a bird-dog.
Howard received his post-graduate degree in Education and Administration. After his education career, he was in the home building industry.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Three brothers, Luther, G.W. and James; One sister, Julia Mae Danks.
Survivors include; Wife, Oma of 60 years; One daughter, Pam Cavner of Washington, Oklahoma; One grand-daughter, Krystin Lorg and husband Shawn of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Two grandsons, Zac Cavner and wife Lenzie of Moore, Oklahoma, and Nathan Cavner of Moore, Oklahoma; One great grand-daughter, Allison Lorg; and one great-grand-son Wylie Cavner.
A Private Family Graveside service will be held in Vinson, Oklahoma.
