Obituary for Jack B. Caster
Jack B. Caster was born February 12, 1955 in Altus, Oklahoma. He grew up in Altus where he graduated from Altus High School in 1973. He moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma April 26, 1992 where he began working for KOTV, part-time as a Video Editor. He was promoted to full-time Photo Journalist October 10, 1994. Jack was a member of the First Baptist Church of Altus. He was the son of James H. Caster and Fran (Castle) Roach.
Services have been scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday at the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Rod Smith officiating. Interment will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by: his grandfather, Willie Castle; a brother, Jimmy R. Caster, 5-5-1991; his grandmother, Jewel Castle, 5-18-1991.
Survivors include: his father, James H. Caster of Altus, OK; his mother, Fran (Castle) Roach of Mangum, Oklahoma; four step-brothers, Art Green of New Orleans, LA, Randy Green of Wichita, KS, Wes Green of Oklahoma City, OK and Riley Roach of Granite, OK; three sisters, Sally Tucker of Tuscon, AZ, Belinda Maldonado of Altus, OK and Lisa Cooper of Mangum, OK; two nieces, Michelle Jacob and Mandy Caster; two nephews, Brandon Caster and Darrick Caster; one great-niece, Amanda Mason of Moore, OK.
