Obituary for James Earl Tickle
James Earl Tickle age 67, of Altus, Oklahoma died November 3, 1969 at his home in Altus. He was born April 29, 1902 in Ladonia, Texas to D. W. and Ruth (Reeves) Tickle. He married Margaret Tickle, she preceded him in death June 11, 1952. James had been a resident of Altus for the past 25 years.

Funeral services for James Earl Tickle are scheduled for 10:00am Wednesday November 5, 1969 in the Tims Chapel, officiated by Gary Colley. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

James Earl Tickle is survived by three sisters, Hattie Halcomb, Altus, Oklahoma; Minnie Duvall, Altus, Oklahoma; Mittie Halcomb, Arizona; two brothers, John Tickle, Alabama; bob Tickle, Enid, Oklahoma.
