Memorial services for Jamie Sanchez-Perez, 27, of Altus are scheduled for 4:00pm Wednesday February 24 at the Air Force Base Chapel. Mr. Perez died February 21, 1993. Mr. Perez worked in the information office at the base. He was born August 8, 1965 to Tomasa and Maria Perez in Piedras Negras, Mexico. On June 17, 1989 he married Olga Ledesma in Georgetown, Texas. He was a member of the Air Force.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 pm Saturday, February 27 at the Delores Catholic Church in Austin, Texas.
Burial will follow at the Assumption Cemetery in Austin. Lowell-Tims Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements. Mission Funeral Home in Austin is in charge of funeral arrangements.
Jamie Sanchez-Perez is survived by his father and mother Tomas Sanchez, of Austin, Texas; mother Maria Perez, of Austin, Oklahoma; wife, Olga L. Sanchez, of the home; children, Adam Sanchez of Pearl, Texas; Ellyzette Sanchez of Altus, Oklahoma; Fabian James Sanchez of Altus, Oklahoma; brothers, Javier Sanchez, of Austin, Texas; Gabriel Sanchez of Austin, Texas; sisters, Norma Sanchez of Austin, Texas; Elizabeth Garcia of Uvalde, Texas; Dianna Sanchez, of Austin, Texas; grandparents, Gaspar and Alicia Perez of Piedras Negras, Mexico; Antonio Sanchez of Piedras Negras, Mexico.
