Jerry Andy Hahn, age 76, of Granite, Oklahoma, passed away on February 6, 2017.

Jerry was born on January 20, 1941 in Elk City, Oklahoma to John Frank Hahn and Elsa Marie (Kuretsch) Hahn.

Jerry attended Lake Creek School until it closed in 1957 and graduated from Granite High School in 1959. After graduation, Jerry moved to Wichita Falls, Texas where he attended Draughon"s Business College. He then moved to Dallas, Texas and worked in the banking business until he retired. While working at the bank, Jerry also worked part-time as a Dallas police officer. After retiring, Jerry started the Lone Star Pad Company where he cleaned buffer pads for hospitals and other businesses. After selling the business, Jerry moved to Granite where he resided at Beach Haven, near the lake, to enjoy fishing and relaxation. He loved visiting his grandchildren, family gatherings, fishing, and watching wildlife.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents John and Elsa Hahn, brother, Eugene Hahn, brother-in-law Elmo Petzold, and great niece Dodie Dudek.

Jerry is survived by his son Terry Hahn, his wife Doris and grandchildren Valerie and Richard of Sealy, Texas; grandchildren Katie and Ashley Hahn of Katy, Texas; sister Gladys Petzold of Mangum, Oklahoma; sister-in-law Mary Lou Hahn of Granite, Oklahoma; niece Phyllis Denwalt and husband Jack of Henderson, Arkansas; niece Sue Dudek and husband Billy of Granite, Oklahoma; nephew Larry Hahn and wife Sue of Granite, Oklahoma; nephew Gary Hahn of Granite, Oklahoma; nephew Dan Hahn and wife Martha of Spring, Texas; niece Darla Cardenas and husband Alan of Columbus, Mississippi and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services for Jerry Hahn will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017, at St. Johns Lutheran Church, in Granite. Interment will be in the Lutheran Cemetery, in Granite.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Lutheran Cemetery Fund.
