Obituary for Joe Herman Johnson
Mr. Joe Herman Johnson, age 78, long time resident of Altus, died Tuesday night at the Altus House Nursing Home.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Thursday at Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by Bill Osborne. Burial will be in the Granite Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born December 26th, 1902 in Oklahoma, he had lived in Altus since 1944 and was a barber. He was a member of the Hudson & Elm Church of Christ.

Survivors include: a daughter, Mrs. Sara Jo Goodwin of Del City, OK; one brother, Mr. Elmo Johnson of Mangum, OK; two sisters, Mrs. J.C. Van Noy and Mrs. Fred Abbott, both of Mangum; two grandchildren.
