John Edward Vaughn age 22, of Altus, Oklahoma died February 10, 1965 south of Clinton, Oklahoma. He was born December 5, 1943 in Altus, Oklahoma to Frankie and Vera (Bush) Vaughn. He was a student at Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Funeral services for John Edward Vaughn are scheduled for February 12, 1965 at 2:00pm in First Baptist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. C.L. Abercrombie and Rev. Alvin Lay. Burial will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

John Edward Vaughn is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frankie Vaughn of Altus, Oklahoma; grandparents, L.E. Bush of Altus, Oklahoma; Mrs. J.A. Vaughn, Visi, Oklahoma.
