John Thomas Tucker, died at the English Village Nursing Home in Altus, Oklahoma Saturday morning. Services are scheduled for 2:00pm Monday, January 11th at the Lowell-Tims Chapel in Altus officiated by Bud Adkins. Burial will follow at the Masonic Cemetery at 4:00pm in Seymour, Texas.

Tucker was born December 12, 1910 at Throckmorton, Texas and was the son of John and Lula Tucker. He married Ola Mae Head August 4, 1938 at Seymour, Texas. He was a long time businessman in Altus and Jackson County for 47 years. He served overseas in the US Army during World War II and was a member of the First Christian Church.

Mr. Tucker is survived by his wife Ola Mae of Altus, Oklahoma; children Ray Tucker of Vernon, Texas; one sister, 3 nephews and one niece.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.
