Josephine "Jo" K. Williams, went to be with the Lord on March 18, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Williams of Kissimmee, Florida, parents Oscar and Radie Kuykendall of Petersburg, West Virginia, three brothers, Junior R. Kuykendall, Charles W. Kuykendall, David Kuykendall and one sister Mary Kuykendall.
She is survived by one daughter, Dottie J. Bobo and Bydler of Altus, Oklahoma, one son Ronald W. Mason and wife Linda of Springfield, Virginia; grandsons, Robert W. Bobo and wife Tracy of Rockwall, Texas, Brian W. Bobo and wife Cammie of Hutchison, Kansas, one granddaughter, Kimberly Griffin and husband Jason of Burke, Virginia; Great-grandchildren, Braden T. Bobo and Regan E. Bobo of Rockwall, Texas, Braxton W. Bobo and Brityn T. Bobo of Hutchison, Kansas, Connor R. Griffin of Burke, Virginia. She is also survived by one sister, Esther L. Hipp and husband Carl, of Petersburg, West Virginia, two brothers, Daniel W. Kuykendall, Sr. and wife Lucille of Moorefield, West Virginia, Gene L. Kuykendall and wife Virginia of Kenova, West Virginia.
Jo was born January 14, 1924 in Petersburg, West Virginia, to the late Oscar and Radie Kuykendall.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Williams in 1986. Jo was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church, she was a member of the Florida Osceola County Association of Realtors since 1978. She was past president and realtor of the year and one of only six members to be awarded Life member. She was a charter member of Osceola Chapter National Women"s Council of Realtors, served as President and was woman of the year. Jo was also a member of the Florida Associations Realtors and Honor Society; and a member of the National Association of Realtors. She was a broker for Century 21 at one Realty St. Cloud, Florida.
Jo had been a resident of Altus since August 2013 moving here from Kissimmee, Florida.
Memorials in honor of Jo may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Altus, Oklahoma or S.W. Technology Center Foundation of Altus, Oklahoma.
Funeral Services for Jo Williams will be held at 11 am Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev. Johnny Morrow officiating. Interment will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
