Obituary for Julia Rose Ashley-Cole
JULIA ROSE ASHLEY-COLE
Julia Rose Ashley-Cole, age 43, of Altus, passed away on Wednesday, October 4th, 2006, at the United Regional Health Care Center in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Julia was born on November 6th, 1962, at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, to John Floyd Mullins and Charlene Dee (Druin) Mullins. She married Michael Earl Cole on June 10, 2001.
Julie enjoyed dancing, working puzzles, fishing, and other outdoor activities, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends whom she dearly loved. Prior to her lengthy illness, Julie enjoyed a career in the personnel training and management field.
Preceded in death by her grandparents and her husband, Michael, she is survived by her parents, John and Charlene Mullins of Mt. Park, Oklahoma; two children, Dustin Ashley and Morgan Ashley, of Altus; one sister, Marie Ferrell and husband Ed of Grayson, Georgia; one grandson, Aaron Ashley of Altus; two special family members, Calvin and Mary Kathryn Ashley of Wichita Falls, Texas, along with many other relatives and a host of friends.
A celebration of life for Julia Rose Ashley-Cole will be Saturday, October 7, 206 at 3 pm at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel with the family presiding over the services. Interment will follow at Centerville Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home of Altus.
The family will greet friends just prior to the service, from 2 until 3 pm on Saturday, October 7, 2006 at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
