Obituary for Karol Anne Butt
Memorial services for Karol Anne Butt, 36, of Altus are scheduled for 10:00am Wednesday, February 12, 1997 at the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ken Pate will officiate. Karol passed away February 9, at her residence. Karol was born January 18, 1961 in Paris Illinois to Gene and Carolyn (Frink) Summerville. Karol attended Vincennes College. On June 30, 1989 Karol Married Dr. Michael butt in Terre Haute, Indiana. Karol, with her family moved to Altus in 1992 from Terre Haute. Karol was a member of the First Methodist Church of Altus and was a loving wife and mother. Visitation will be at the Overpeck Funeral Home on Thursday 13, 1997 from the hours of 4:00 pm to *:00pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, February 14, 1997 at 11:00am in the Overpeck Funeral Home in Dana Indiana, with burial following at the Wesley Chapel in Paris Illinois. Lowell-Tims Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Survivors include husband, Dr. Michael Butt of the home, children; Kari Dawn Miller of the home, Brooklyn Nicole butt of the home, Lauren Lear Butt of the home, brothers; Kelly Summerville and Michelle of Dana Indiana, Brent Summerville and robin of Dana, Indiana, grandparents; Carl and Helen Summerville of Dana, Indiana and a host of other relatives.
Karol is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Carolyn Summerville.
