Laura Altha Miller was born in Mississippi on March 18, 1878. She moved to this area in 1917 and was married to Mr. J. J. Miller., She is survived by 3 sons, J. W., O. J. and Aubra, four daughters,; Mrs Audie Gardner, Mrs. Mable Hall, Mrs Opal Wlfong, and Mrs Lena King, One sister: Mrs Lizzie Thomas, Ten Grandchildren, Twenty Great Grandchildren and one Great, Great Grandchild

Services are scheduled for September 7, 1964 at 2 p.m. at the Tims Funeral Home Chapel with H. C. Popejoy and L.M. Robertson officiating. Burial will follow at the Altus city Cemetery with Tims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
