Laura Wallace, 68, of Altus died Saturday at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be Tuesday, 1:00pm at the Altus Cemetery with Bud Adkins officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home, 1100 East Tamarack Road.

Mrs. Wallace had worked for Panhandle Laundry and Travel Lodge Motel in Amarillo, Texas where she had been a resident since 1958. Mrs. Wallace moved to Altus in 1987. She was a loving mother, wife and friend. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. The body will lie in state Tuesday from 8:00am until 12:00 noon.

Mrs Wallace is survived by her daughter, Lillie Hill of Altus, Oklahoma; grandson Jack Ingram of Altus.

Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by her husband, mother and father.
