Funeral services for Lewis Andrew Shafer are scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday February 20, 1969 at the First Baptist Church, Duke, officiated by Rev. Everett Smalts. Burial will follow in the Prairie Hill Cemetery, Duke, under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Lewis Andrew Shafer is survived by two sons, Paul Shafer, Grapevine, Texas; Victor, Big Springs, Texas; four daughters, Mrs. Dora Short, Eldorado, Oklahoma; Mrs Cora Weyrick, Duke, Oklahoma; Betty Thompson, Culver City California; Sally Stockdale, Lakewood, California; twenty grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildrenonr step-sister, Mrs. Betty White, Los Angles, California.
