Obituary for Logan Ryan Green
Logan Ryan Green, of Granite, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Blair, at the age of nineteen.
Born on August 7, 2006, in Elk City, Logan was the cherished son of David Green and Amanda Logsdon. From the very beginning, Logan lived life with a sense of adventure and a love for the world around him. He found peace and happiness in the outdoors, whether he was fishing, riding bicycles, working on cars, or setting out on another hike with his backpack ready to go. He especially loved fishing and he treasured every opportunity to cast a line. He enjoyed the granite mountains and trails and really took time to enjoy them and take in their beauty. Hunting was another passion of Logan's, and he enjoyed everything from dove to deer hunting and bow to rifle hunting.
Logan had a caring and loving heart that naturally drew people to him. He gave one hundred percent in everything he did and approached life with determination, humor, and kindness. He deeply loved his brothers and treasured the bond they shared. He cherished his grandparents and he loved his mom and dad like no other. To those who knew him best, Logan will be remembered for his quick wit, his infectious laughter, and the genuine way he cared for the people around him.
Music was also a huge part of Logan's life. His taste stretched across nearly every genre, from country and rap to alternative and rock. No matter what was playing, music was something he truly connected with and enjoyed sharing with others.
Above all else, Logan's faith remained close to his heart. He was proud of his Bible and held tightly to his beliefs. Logan attended the Assembly of God Church in Granite, where he was baptized and continued growing in his faith and love for God.
He was preceded in death by his Papa, Roy Green; great-grandmother, Mary Ann Applebee; Bill Applebee; great-grandparents, Eula Long and Fred Logsdon; grandmother, Jeanette Litton; and great-great grandparents, John and Thelma Stovel.
Those left to carry on Logan's memory include his father, David and Cheyenne Green; his mother, Amanda Logsdon and Brant Jones; his brothers, Branson Green, Urijah Green, Preston Green, and Ruger Green; stepbrothers, Sage Jones and Gaitlyn Jones; his grandma, Gina Green; Papa Jim and Cathy Logsdon, Mamaw, Della Logsdon and Arlos Kent, and his girlfriend, Olivia Looper.

Although Logan's life was far too short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew him. His adventurous spirit, loving nature, strong faith, and deep devotion to family will never be forgotten.
