Lou Graves Howard age 85 of Altus, Oklahoma died July 23, 1964 at Memorial Hospital in Altus. Lou was born February 14, 1879 in Hatfield, Arkansas. She married LG Howard and he preceded her in death in 1924. Lou was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Altus.
Funeral services for Lou Graves Howard are scheduled for 2:30 July 25, 1964 in the Tabernacle Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Alvin Lay. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Lou Graves Howard is survived by one daughter, Flora Simmons, San Rafael, California; three sons, John Howard, Pittsburgh, California; Marvin Howard, Snyder, Texas; Warren Howard, Altus, Oklahoma; one brother, Bill Kaufman, Mena, Arkansas; twenty grandchildren, fourty-four great grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
