Lovetta E. Bearden, 66, resident of Altus passed away from a brief illness at Jackson memorial hospital Wednesday November 15th, 2017. Lovetta was born September 30th, 1951 in Pensacola, FL to Edward (Ed) and Leona Ruth Ensey. She married Gary D. Bearden July 3, 1967 in Vernon, Texas. Lovetta retired as a bookkeeper for the Jackson County Courthouse. She loved gardening, tending to her yard, and John Wayne movies. But most of all she loved her family and being a grandmother to her nine grandchildren.
Lovetta is survived by her husband Gary Bearden of the home, two children, son Gary Bearden Jr of Altus, daughter Patricia and husband Travis Cain of Headrick, Oklahoma grandchildren, Brittany, Alexander, Haley, Hannah, Samuel, and Madison Bearden, of Altus, Christopher, Ashley, and Emily Cain of Headrick, Ok . and her dog, Poncho.
Viewing will be 6-8pm Friday November 17, 2017 at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home, Graveside services will be 2:00P.M. Saturday November 18, 2017 at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Altus.
Services have been entrusted to Lowell-Tims funeral Home, ALtus, OKlahoma.
