Loyd L. Eichholz April 9, 1931-June 16, 2020
Loyd Eichholz passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. He was the youngest son of Robert and Johanna (Engbrecht) Eichholz. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia, sisters, Martha Eichholz, Elda Kisner and Bertha Harriage. He is survived by his brother, Elden Eichholz, son, Craig Eichholz and wife, Deborah, daughters, Cynthia Mollison and husband Richard, Dana Childress and husband Don, grandchildren, Nick Mollison, Jack Childress, Misty McGregor, and Conner and Evan Simco. He grew up on a farm in the area of Okarche, OK. He worked in newspaper printing and in the insurance industry. Loyd was always friendly and loved to share stories with new and old acquaintances. His bright spirit and stories will be missed by his family and friends.
A viewing will be held at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home, 1100 E. Tamarack Rd., Altus, OK. from 5 to 6pm on Monday, June 22, 2020.
His service will be at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home in the chapel, at 11am, Tuesday, June 23, 2020.
Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus.
