Lucian Smith, 88, passed away Monday, April, 1995, at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Lucian was born December 19, 1906, at Cornish, Oklahoma. He was the son of the late Henry and Lena Smith. He had lived with his family in Harmon County until 1935 when they move to Eldorado. He farmed in the community until his health forced him to retire.
Lucian was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Lawrence Smith; four sisters, Sarah Callie, Opal Hadley, Marie Beckett and Mattie Price.
He is survived by three sisters, Jewel Rich of Sudan, Texas; Rebecca Konkler of Eldorado, Oklahoma; and Lavern Wilson of Carlsbad, New Mexico; as well as numerous nieces, nephews , in-laws and friends.
