Manuel Arthur Rogers age 68, of Altus, Oklahoma died March 30, 1967 at Memorial Hospital in Altus. Manuel was born October 25, 1898 in Healton, Oklahoma to Albert and R. Arizonu (Fletcher) Rogers. He married Etta Mae Burmley December 8, 1925.
Services for Manuel Arthur Rogers are scheduled for Tuesday, April 4, 1967 at 2 pm in Tims Chapel, Altus, officiated by Elder G. H. Crain and Jerry Newman. Interment will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Manuel Arthur Rogers is survived by his wife, Etta Mae of the home; daughter. Zelda Mae Hill, Altus, Oklahoma; three sons, Roland A. Rogers, Altus, Oklahoma; Calvin Rogers, Albony, Oregon, Dalton Rogers, Okinawa, Air Force, thirteen grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Jewel Williams, Marlow, Oklahoma; Mrs. Roy Smiley. Marlow Oklahoma; two brothers, Earnest Rogers, Duncan, Oklahoma; Owen Rogers, Dallas, Texas.
