Obituary for Marion E. Roth
Marion E. Roth, age 82 passed away Thursday, January 9, 2003 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. She was born September 9, 1920 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin to Ralph C. Bradley and Eleanor Louise (Bates) Bradley.
In 1946 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin Marion and E.J. Roth were united in marriage. He preceded her in death May 10, 1993. Marion moved to the Altus area in 1965, She worked for many years in the retail industry being affiliated with Treasure City and Gibson's. She was a member of the Elk's Country Club and Officer's Club. She volunteered for several years at English Village Manor. Marion was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
Marion is survived by one sone; Bill Krummrei and his wife Rose of Lawton, Oklahoma, two sisters, Deonne Flynn and husband John of LsCrosse, Wisconsin, Helen Leary and husband Wayne of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas; four grandchildren; Patrick Krummrel and wife Sue of Germany, Deonne Linzie and husband Rick of Lambertville, Michigan, Belinda Stairs and husband Steven of Richland, Washington, James Krummrei of Norman, Oklahoma; three great-grandchildren, Hillary Linzie, Hunter Linzie and Haven Linziel She is survived by a host of other relatives; including a niece Judy Lynn Kretche of Colorado.
Marion was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister Jeanne Clark.
Funeral services for Marion Roth are scheduled for Monday, January 13, 2003 at 2:00pm in the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Father Joe Arledge officiating. Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
