Mark "Bo" Richard Graham, age 52, of Altus, went home to meet his Lord, Thursday morning, August 21, 2014, at his Mother"s residence, in Altus Oklahoma
Bo was born on March 21, 1962, in Augusta, Georgia, to Max Richard and Rae (Scarbrough) Graham. As an infant, the family moved to McAllen, Texas to stay with Rae"s parents while Max was serving in the U.S. Army, in Korea. Next the family moved to Ft. Knox, Kentucky and later to Altus, in 1967, where Bo began school at Roosevelt Elementary. When Max returned from the Vietnam, he began pastoring churches in Southwest Oklahoma, moving the family to Martha and then to Eldorado. Bo attended Martha, Blair High School and his senior year at Eldorado High School where he graduated in 1981. Bo"s first job was at Republic Gypsum after graduation and working various jobs thru out his working career, with his last job being Big Dog Sports which he enjoyed very much and had to resign his position due to serious health issues in 2009. On December 6, 2000, he married Debra Ann Moore of Duke, Oklahoma and they spent the next fourteen years together before his untimely death. He was Christian for many years. He traveled to El Salvatore on two mission trip to spread the word of his Lord. Bo was an avid sports fan who enjoyed participating in many sports, watching many sports, especially The Thunder, the Dallas Cowboys and the OU Sooners.
Preceded in death by his father, Max Graham, Bo is survived by his beloved wife, Debra, of the home; two children, Trey Graham and wife Whitney of Wake Forest, North Carolina and Nic Graham of Duke; his mother, Rae Graham, of Altus; two sisters, Jeanne Freeland of Altus and Robin Staggs and husband Scott of Blair: Two Nieces: Heather Pollard of Davis, Skylar (Staggs) Rogers of Altus: Two nephews: Justin Freeland of Altus, Cody Staggs of Blair, two great along with many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services for Bo Graham will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, September 6, 2014, at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Doug Altom officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Memory of Bo Graham.
