Obituary for Marvin Leigh Hyde
Marvin Leigh Hyde age 71, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2005 in Altus, Oklahoma. He was born July 4, 1933 in Snyder, Oklahoma to Ralph and Vivian Hyde.

Marvin and Beverly Crumpton were united in marriage in 1950 at Medicine Park, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death. Marvin was a longtime resident of Snyder, Oklahoma.

Marvin worked in many new and used car dealerships in Southwest, Oklahoma over the years. As a loyal employee, Marvin spent many years with Jim Click Chevrolet in Altus, Wilmes Ford and Roberts Dodge where he was well known by many people. Marvin was very involved in his community, being a strong supporter of the Snyder Booster Club and other youth programs throughout the area.

Marvin was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly and his parents.

He is survived by two sons; Marvin Hyde of Memphis, Tennessee and Johnny Hyde of Tulsa, Oklahoma, three grandchildren; Amy Hyde and Leigh Hyde of Snyder, Oklahoma and Kelly Hyde of Norman, Oklahoma along with a host of other relatives and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later dat in Snyder, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
