Obituary for Matilda Louise Payton
Mrs. Matilda Louise Payton, age 87, of Fairview, OK died on Saturday, January 11th, 1969 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at the Blair Baptist Church, Monday, January 13, 1969, 2:00 P.M. with the Reverend J. C. Crabbe officiating and assisted by the Reverend Marshall Howard. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery under direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Mrs. Payton was a member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church.

She is survived by: one daughter, Mrs. Will Owen of Blair; one son, R. G. Byrd of Blair; two step-daughters, Dorothea Ryan of Sterling, KS and Kathline Campbell of Wichita, KS; one son, James Peyton of California; two husbands, R. W. Byrd and J. L. Peyton.
