Obituary for Maude Ellington
Maude Ellington age 91, of Altus, Oklahoma died April 2, 1982 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus.

Maude was born March 19, 1892 in Gary, Texas to P. C. and Hattie May (Hawkins) Thomas. She married W.A. Ellington in 1913. He preceded her in death September 15, 1963. Maude had been a resident of southwest Oklahoma since 1913.

Funeral services for Maude Ellington are scheduled for Tuesday, April 5, 1983, at 10:00 am in Elm & Hudson Church of Christ, Altus, officiated by Bill Osborne. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Maude is survived by a son Thomas Ellington, San Romor California; three grandchildren, Laura Turner, Fairland Oklahoma; Ora House, Mangum, Oklahoma; Pearl Redley, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
