Obituary for Melvin Eloice Allred
Melvin Eloice Allred age 69, of Altus, Oklahoma died February 8, 1982 at his home in Altus.

Melvin was born February 19, 1912, in Oklahoma to J. D. and Lucy (Ferris) Allred. He served in the United States Army in the Phillipines during World War II. Marvin was a member of the American Legion Post # 44. He had lived in the Altus area since 1980.

Funeral services for Melvin Eloice Allred are scheduled for February 20,1982 at 11:00 am at Tims Chapel, Altus, officiated by Rev. Carl McCoy. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Melvin is survived by three brothers, Harlin Allred, of Altus, Oklahoma; Marvin, Altus, Oklahoma; Curtis Allred, Michigan; two sisters, Clara Bell Nolan, Altus, Oklahoma; Lara Mae Messick, Altus, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews.
