Obituary for Myrtie Mary Biddy
Mrs. Myrtie Mary Biddy, age 79, long time and prominent pioneer of Jackson County and the Blair/Warren Community, died Tuesday at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Thursday at the Blair First Baptist Church, officiated by the Reverend J.C. Crabbe and assisted by the Reverend Marshall Howard. Burial will be in Warren Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born February 3rd, 1899 at Southwest, Missouri, she came to this area as a young girl and was married in 1916 to the late Clarence Biddy who died in 1966. They lived on the same farm East of Blair from the date of marriage until retiring and moving to Blair in 1963. She was a member of the Blair First Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two sons, John "Jake" Biddy and Dale Biddy, both of Blair; two daughters, Mrs. Velma Hokett of Blair and Mrs. Marie Farmer of Garden Grove, CA; two sisters, Elva Moore and Grace Biddy, both of Blair; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
