Nasiah La'Ren Scrimage was born on November 10th, 2023, at 1:27am and was gone from this world too soon at eighteen minutes old while surrounded by her mom and loving family at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
During her brief time on earth, Nasiah filled her mother's heart with so much love and joy. She grew up in mommy's belly, loved kicking Dominique and rolling like a roly poly as well as sucking on her thumb. Nasiah heard uncountable "I love you's" up until her passing. Her mommy's heartbeat soothed her, she loved listening to Dominique speak and sing to her for hours. She also loved hearing her god-mother Hannah as she would sit with mommy. Nasiah's life was a brief gift to us all that will live on is all of our hearts.
Nasiah is preceded in death by her great-grandmother Rose Mary Ramirez; great-grandfather Lupe Ramirez; and Grandfather Christopher Ramirez.
Left to remember Nasiah include her mother Dominique Scrimage; god-mother Hannah Hietbrink; big brothers Zayvein Scrimage, age seven and Austin Gomez Jr., age four; grandmother Tena Scrimage; grandfather Jeff Jesseph; great-grandparents Donnie and Sheri Scrimage; uncles Dylan, Damirez, Kevin Scrimage, and more uncles; aunt Angela Scrimage; great-aunt Donna Scrimage; cousins Anna Ruiz, Marcos Ruiz, and Brianna Doake.
She is also survived by aunts Christina Ramirez and Laura Arreguin; great aunt Melissa Doake; cousins Donnie Jr. and Dakota Scrimage; as well as numerous other family members and people who loved her deeply.
Private family services have been held.
Funeral services were entrusted to Lowell - Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma. Altus' only locally owned and operated funeral home.
