Obituary for Nehama Shadid
Nehama Shadid age 77, of Altus, Oklahoma died June 6, 1967 at Memorial Hospital in Altus.
Nehama was born September 10, 1889 in Lebanon. She married E. A. Shadid May 13, 1904 in Greer County, Oklahoma. E. A. preceded her in death in 1963. Two children, a son Jack and a daughter, Edna also preceded her in death.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, June 12, 1967 at 2 pm in the First Baptist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. Gene Garrison. Burial will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Nehama Shadid is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Olga Hawkins, Altus, Oklahoma; five sons, Abe Shadid, Altus, Oklahoma; Phil Shadid, Altus, Oklahoma; Coy Shadid, Altus, Oklahoma; Ned Shadid, Altus, Oklahoma; Hoyt Shadid, Altus, Oklahoma; one brother, N. Taylor, Margue; one sister, Bader Jabur, Soa Paulo, Brazil.
