Nora Elizabeth Goodin was born September 11, 1913 at Alesworth, Oklahoma. She died January 18, 1994 at Hollis, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Ike and Mary Sifford. She married Charlie E Goodin in 1938 at Eldorado Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1989. She was a long time resident of Eldorado and Jackson County having resided here over seventy years. She was a homemaker and a long time member of the Eldorado First Baptist Church. Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday at the Eldorado First Baptist Church with Rev. Mitch Whittington officiating. Interment will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Nora was preceded in death by her husband on October 5, 1988, her parents, one brother and two sisters.

She is survived by four children, Jimmy and wife Barbara Goodin of Eldorado, Oklahoma, Henry and wife Mary Goodin of Ft. Worth, Texas, Richard and wife Patsy of Arlington, Texas and Reba Barbara and husband James Barkley of Hurst. Texas. Also surviving is one sister Lona Walker of Fort Worth, Texas, 11 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
