Nora Jo Shipley, 66, of Altus died at the Metro Health Center in Cleveland, Ohio Tuesday May 21. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 pm in the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Mrs. Shipley was born August 3, 1924 in Oklahoma City to the late William and Clara Hardin Hobbs. She was married to Leroy Shipley who preceded her in death February 11, 1968. Mrs Shipley was retired from the base hospital where she was an appointment clerk. She had been a
Civil Srvice employee for almost 20 years. She was a long time member of the Southside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Shipley is survived by her children, Teri Imhoff, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; Jim Warner, Cordell, Oklahoma; four step-children, Zelia Klunk, Panama City, Florida; Corina Berrong, Utah; Gereta Murphy, Altus, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, 15 step grandchildren.
