Norman Otto, 80 year old Altus, Oklahoma resident, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at his home in Altus.

Norman was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 12, 1938 to his parents Albert Carl Otto and Alberta Marie (Nordhaus) Otto. He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1961 and he received an honorable discharge. On December 31, 1990 he married Jennifer Otto and they have enjoyed over 28 years together. Norman enjoyed spending time in his backyard, taking care of their five pugs, and reading books on Kindle.

Preceded in death by his parents and his infant son; Norman is survived by his wife Jennifer Otto of the home; five children; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

There will be a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Western Oklahoma State College in the Training Room at the Southeast Corner entrance, 2801 North Main, Altus, OK 73521.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
