Obituary for Oleta Mary Powers
Funeral services for Oleta Mary Powers, age 52, of Altus, have been set for 2:30 P.M., Sunday, May 17, 1970 at the Lowell Memorial Chapel with the Reverend Noel George officiating and assisted by Gary Colley. Burial will be in Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Powers died Wednesday at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include: her husband, Gene, three daughters, Leta Jo, Loretta Jean and Shirley Doris, all of the home; a son Kelly is with the Armed Forces serving in Viet Nam; Mrs. Powers parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Chambers of Altus; two brothers, Alvin and Kenneth Chambers of Altus; three sisters, Mrs. Juanita Lovett of Altus, Mrs. Dorothy Ware of Hess and Mrs. Etta Jean Grey of Port Arthur, Texas; one grandson.
