Obituary for Oren E. Babb
Mr. Oren E. Babb, age 65, 1121 Cherry, Altus, died Friday morning at his farm east of Eldorado of an apparent heart attack.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Monday at the Eldorado First Baptist Church, officiated by the Reverend Carl McCoy and assisted by Reverend Don Ladner. Burial will be in Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born October 29th, 1910 at Meeker, OK, he moved with his parents in 1911 to the Eldorado community, moving to Altus in 1955 where he was employed and retired from Civil Service. He was married in 1933 to the former Doris Setliff who survives of the home. He was a member of the IOOF Lodge and a member of the First Baptist Church in Altus.

Additional survivors include: two sons, Gary Babb of Altus and James Wesley Babb of San Antonio, TX; one daughter, Mrs. Marita Jo Perkins of Hollywood, FL; two brothers, Arlie Babb of Eldorado and Merle Babb of Fresno, CA; one sister, Mrs. Bruce Blair of Wichita Falls, TX; five grandchildren.
