Otis Nell Rowe age 70, of Springdale, Arkansas died March 27, 1969 west of Blair, Oklahoma. He was born March 1, 1899 to Tom Rowe. He was a retired banker and member of the United Methodist church.

Funeral services for Otis Nell Rowe are scheduled for March 30, 1969 at 2:30pm in the Methodist Church at Blair, Oklahoma officiated by Rev. Howard Williams and Rev, John Kirby. Burial will follow in the Martha Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Otis Nell Rowe is survived by one son Gerald of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews,
