Mr. Otto Bryant Combs, age 71, 800 Chris, Altus, died February 7th, 1977 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, February 10, 1977 at the Tabernacle Baptist Church with the Reverend Hoyett Lemmon officiating. Burial will be in the Victory Cemetery in Duke under the directions of Tims Funeral Home.
Mr. Combs was born March 1, 1905 in Paris, Texas and he married Naomi on October 27, 1968. He was a carpenter, member of the Carpenter's Union, former member of the Odd Fellows and long time resident of Duke and Jackson County.
Survivors include: his wife, Naomi, of the home; two daughters, Edith Troxell of Mesquite, Texas and Georgia Dalrymple of Houston, TX; six sons, Lloyd Combs of Oklahoma City, Dwight and J. B. Combs of Ft. Worth, Texas, Jimmy Combs of Memphis, TN, Jackie Combs of Amarillo, TX and Otto, Jr. of Duke, OK; three sisters, Annie Eccles of Arkansas, Mrs. Mary Cross of California and Mrs. Beulah Ecchols of Duke, OK; 27 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three stepsons, Walter L. Dunugan of Washington, G. H. Dunugan of Altus and George C. Dunugan of Germany.
