Pat Chadwick age 63 of Altus, Oklahoma passed away August 28, 1966 at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born January 20, 1903 in Arkansas. She had lived in the Altus area since 1933. She married Clois Chadwick January 22,1933.

Funeral services for Pat Chadwick are scheduled for August 31, 1966 at 2:00pm in the Presbyterian Church in Altus, Oklahoma officiated by David ??. Funeral services will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Pat Chadwick is survived by her husband, Clois of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one son Robert Dale Chadwick, Newkirk, Oklahoma; one daughter, Mrs. Patricia Moore, Houston, Texas; one sister Mrs. Ada Davies, Santa Monicia, California.
