Patricia Ann Kittle, a devoted Christian and longtime resident of Altus, Oklahoma, entered eternal rest on June 12, 2025, at The Courtyard at Magnolia, following an extended illness. She was eighty-seven and eleven months old.Pat was born in Snyder, Oklahoma, to R.O. and Loretta (Green) Littlefield. She graduated from Altus High School in 1955 and began a career in telecommunications starting as a switchboard operator at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. She joined Southwestern Bell on March 4, 1968. For 27 years, she witnessed the evolution of the industry-through transitions to AT&T and Bell South-retiring on December 15, 1995.Patricia's faith was the cornerstone of her life. A steadfast member of Altus' First Baptist Church, she actively participated in the Round Table Book Club, nurturing her love for fellowship and learning. Her adventurous spirit led her across the globe; she cherished cruises with friends, explored destinations like Mexico, Russia, France, Switzerland, Germany, and reveled in Florida getaways. Wherever she traveled, Patricia connected effortlessly with people, collecting friends worldwide. Her time in Athens, Georgia, sparked a passionate loyalty to the Georgia Bulldogs, and she loved cheering them on at games.A vibrant soul, Patricia was the life of every gathering. She radiated joy through her love of shopping, her infectious laughter, and her gift for making others smile. Her greatest pride was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the light of her world.Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, R.O. and Loretta Littlefield; her beloved son, Tommy Ray Kittle; her brother, R.D. Littlefield; her sister, Belva Wooten; and brother-in-law, Ted Wooten.She is survived by her daughter, Darla Beckner, and husband Alan; grandsons, Brandon Beckner and wife Erica, and Kyle Beckner and wife Beth; great-grandchildren Taylor, Nora, and McKenzie Beckner; nieces, Dana Liles and husband Ed and Dona Hasty; great-nieces, Kera Liles Skidmore and husband Michael, Kaylon Liles, and great nephew Keaton Hasty and wife Alyssa. Other family members include Tanner and Tate Skidmore and Alexander Hasty. Pat's warmth, unwavering faith, and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
