Patricia Jo Canada, 61, of Lawton, passed away Saturday, June 24th, 2006, at the Comanche County Hospital in Lawton.

Patricia was born March 3, 1945, in Altus, Oklahoma, to Guy and Velma (Shields) Robison. She married Jerry Canada May 1, 1964, in Altus and they had two children. They both grew up in Altus and later moved to Lawton in 1970.

Patricia was a member of the Star Fleet Club in Lawton and made dolls and doll clothing. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren and was very talented with her flowers, especially Tiger Lillies and Irises. She sang in the Messiah Cameron University Choir and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Altus.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Jerry Canada, of the home in Lawton; her mother, Velma Robison of Altus; two children, Greg Canada and wife Dawn and Alex Lee Canada and wife Lorie, all of Lawton; two sisters, Rhana True and husband Jim of Norman, and Kathy Bayers and husband Jim of Altus; two brothers, Kevin Robison and wife Kim of Sugarland, TX, and Mark Robison and wife Jana of Midlothian, TX, eight grandchildren; mother-in-law, Lois Canada of Altus; sister-in-law and husband, Ann and Herman Graham of Altus; an uncle, Dr. Clarence Shields and wife Patricia of Oklahoma City, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Guy Robison in 1978.
