Patricia Sue "PattySue" Saenz Jasinski, a longtime resident of Mangum, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the age of 59.
PattySue was born on September 1, 1966, in Clinton, Oklahoma, to Moses Saenz and Dolores (Rocha) Stickney. She was raised and educated near Elmer, Oklahoma, attending Southside High School before continuing her studies at Western Oklahoma State College.
Throughout her life, PattySue worked in roles that reflected her deep compassion and desire to care for others. She shared her warmth and kindness while working at the VFW in Altus and at Grace Living Center, where she served as a Certified Nurse's Assistant. No matter where she worked, PattySue's caring heart and gentle nature left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
Raised in the Baptist faith, PattySue was baptized in the name of Christ. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life. She found comfort and strength in reading her Bible and nurturing her personal relationship with Jesus Christ, whom she firmly believed to be her Savior.
PattySue found joy in life's simple pleasures morning walks, singing, traveling with her beloved Ty, and spending cherished time with her family and many friends. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she treasured every moment spent with them. She was also fondly known for her love of wine, her signature Wind Song perfume, and her iconic red lipstick-details that made her unmistakably PattySue. She was truly one of a kind.
She was preceded in death by her father, Moses Saenz; her mother, Dolores (Rocha) Stickney, and her husband, Les; and her beloved grandson, Tallan Jasinski.
PattySue is survived by her loving family: her spouse of over twenty years, Ty Scott; her sons, Cody Cusher and wife Kelli, Dacota Cusher and wife Mireya, David Jasinski and wife Jennifer, and Randy Jasinski; her daughters, Destiny Jasinski and Vicki Scott Suman; her brothers, Moses Saenz Jr., Corky Saenz, and Mark Saenz; her sisters, Myra Combs, Betty Miller, Anita and husband Ramiro Olivarez, Cathy Saenz Broderick; her grandchildren, Bailey Cusher, Chance Cusher, Preston Cusher, Braylee Cusher, Kailynn Rosales, Nova Rosales, Kaidence Banda, Tori Jasinski, Tanner Jasinski, Tayten Jasinski, Whitney Jasinski, Aaron Jasinski, Anthony Frochlich, Dakota Froehlich, Genesis Cusher, Emilio Cusher, Cody Cusher, and Idaly Cusher; and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will miss her dearly.
PattySue will be remembered for her gentle kindness a love that never sought recognition, yet was deeply felt by all who knew her. Her faith, warmth, and joyful laughter will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
PattySue's family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home, Altus, Oklahoma.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2026, at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Gregory Hawn officiating. Interment will follow at Altus City Cemetery, Altus, Oklahoma.
Services have been entrusted to Lowell - Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
