Obituary for Pearlean Allison
Funeral services for Pearlean Allison, 74, longtime Altus resident have been scheduled for Wednesday, 11:00 am, at the Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev. Lathon Archie officiating. Interment will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-tims Funeral Home.
Mrs Allison was born June 24, 1923, in Marlin, Texas to Willie Lee and Amanda (Snowton) Harris. She was united in marriage to A.J. Allison on July 1, 1942 in Altus, Oklahoma. Mr. Allison preceded her in death Feburary 19, 1967. Mrs Allison was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She was a devoted member of the Church of god in Christ # 1. Pearlean will be deeply missed by a host of family and friends.
Survivors include children; Bobbi Jefferson of Altus, Oklahoma, Dorothy McDuffie of Lawton, Oklahoma, Shirley Smallwood of Lawton, Oklahoma, Linda McCoy and husband Joseph of Altus, Oklahoma, billy Allison of Lewiston, ME. Bobby Allison and wife Linda of Altus, Oklahoma, Phillip Allison of Altus, Oklahoma. One brother Wallace Lewis and Bernice of Altus, Oklahoma; 22 grandchildren and 30 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Prececed in death by parents, husband and A.J. Allison, one son A.J. Allison, Jr. 5 sister and 1 brother.
