Obituary for Ralph Andrew Goad Jr.
Mr. Ralph Andrew Goad Jr., age 59, of 1008 S. Park Lane, died at his home yesterday of an apparent heart attack.

Funeral services have been set for 10:00 A.M., Wednesday morning at St. Pauls Episcopal Church, officiated by James L. Mahan. Burial will be in Mangum Riverside Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born September 3rd, 1915 in Moody, Texas, he was married in Mangum to the former Elois Morris who survives of the home. Mr. Goad, formerly a businessman of Mangum and Hobart, came to Altus in 1960 and was manager of Sears in Altus until retiring due to failing health. He was a member of St. Pauls Episcopal Church, was on the Vestry at St. Paul's, a member of Gideon organization, Full Gospel Business Mens Fellowship International and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors in addition to his wife include: one daughter, Mary Jean Goad of Tulsa; his father, Mr. Ralph Goad, Sr. of Mangum; one brother, Mr. Ferman E. Goad of Dell City, OK.

The family suggests contributions to the Gideon Memorial Bible in lieu of flowers.
