Ralph D'Wayne Bush Ralph D'Wayne Bush, Age 62 passed away December 22, 2000, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born August 19, 1938 in Altus, Oklahoma to Gus and Pearl (Truitt) Bush. He was married to Darlene Marie Bush and she preceded him in death. He spent mo0st of his life in Jackson and Greer counties working in the construction business. He is survived by four children: Denise Michelle Miller, Larry Dale Bush, Michael D'Wayne Bush and Sandra Katrina Bush. He is also survived by two bro9thers and one sister.; A memorial service for Ralph D'Wayne Bush will be held at 2:00 OM Monday, January 8, 2001 at Tommy Tutten's home at Quartz Mountain.
