Reina Esther Diaz, age two years, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at OU Medical Center, Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Reina was born on February 17, 2020 in Oklahoma City to her parents, Jorge Mauricio Diaz and Brianna Marlene (Ulloa) Diaz. The family resides in Altus, Oklahoma where Reina enjoyed playing pretend mother with her dolls, watching Coco Melon, singing and dancing, playing with her older brother, and Reina will be missed so much by her family.
Family members preceding Reina in death were her baby cousin, Valerie Tenorio; her cousin, Gohan Paduano; and her cousin, Adeline Elisabeth Granado.
Reina is survived by her father, Jorge Mauricio Diaz and her mother, Brianna Marlene (Ulloa) Diaz; her older brother, Julian Mauricio Diaz; paternal great grandfather, Mauricio Felix Diaz; paternal great grandmother, Yolanda Diaz; maternal great grandfather, Mac Tenorio; maternal great grandmother, Lillian Tenorio; paternal grandfather, George Diaz; paternal grandmother, Diamantina Cazarez; maternal grandmother, Margaret Tenorio; paternal great uncles, Felix Diaz; Gerald Diaz; Alexis Diaz; paternal uncles, Israel Honorio Diaz; Abraham Gabino Diaz; maternal uncles, Steven Tenorio; Andrew Tenorio; Michael Tenorio; paternal great aunts, Irene Diaz; Sonia Diaz; Leticia Diaz; Maritsa Diaz; Romelia Salinas Garcia; Rita Salinas Garcia; Raquel Salinas Garcia; Marta Rosa Garcia paternal aunts, Ruth Amelia Diaz; Yasenia Diaz; Briseyda Flores; maternal great aunts, Bernie Krider; Josephina Witt; maternal aunts, Melonie Tenorio; Michelle Uncangco; as well as numerous cousins and many other family members.
Viewing will be from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm on Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Lowell-Tims Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will follow viewing at 2:00 pm, Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel in Altus with Pastor Amalia Olson officiating.
Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus.
