Rudy Martinez Sr, 80, passed peacefully from his life here on earth in Amarillo, Texas. Rudy Sr was born June 22, 1939 in San Antonio, Texas to Salvador and Isabel Martinez. He lived in Hollis, Oklahoma then later moving to Amarillo, Texas. His hobbies and interest were bingo, dancing (which he loved to do) watching his favorite football team Dallas Cowboys and most of all spending time with his family and being very spoiled by his sisters. He had a strong belief in Catholic religion with praying, rosary, and most of all attending church.
Rudy Sr, is survived by his sisters: Teresa and husband Salvador Mingura, Rosa and husband Jose Mingura, and Gloria Mingura. One brother Ruben Sr and Wife Maria Martinez. His Sons: Augie, Salvador, Javier Sr, Tony, Noel, Steve, and Larry. His one and only daughter, Ruby
Rudy Sr had many nieces and nephews as well as several grandkids and great-grandchildren. He will forever be loved and truly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents Salvador and Isabel Martinez, sons Rudy Jr, and David Martinez. Grandson Ivory Lane Granddaughter Shilo Breanne One great-grandson Wes and a great-granddaughter Galazia
