Rollan Dean (Bud) Roach



Rollan Dean (Bud) Roach was born December 4, 1935 at Bedford, Indiana, He died September 9, 1993 at the Altus Air Force Base Hospital. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korea and Viet Nam. He served previously in the United States Navy for four years prior to enlisting in the Air Force. He retired from the Air Force in 1974. He had been a resident of Altus and Jackson County since 1969. He was a life member of the VFW Post #4876.

Graveside services are scheduled for 11 am Saturday at the Veteran Section of the Altus Cemetery with Chaplin Heflin officiating. Arrangements with Lowell-Tims Funeral Home with Full Military Honors will accomapany the service.


Rollan is survived by his children, Brenda Lee Arrington and Alan of Utah; Debra J. Sells and Stan of Del City, Oklahoma; Michael D. Roach and Tammy of Chandler, Texas; Steven R. Roach and Rhonda of Altus, Oklahoma; Kenny W. Roach and Stephanie of Great Falls, Mt. sister, Jennetta McDonell of Mesa, Arizona; eight grandchildren and numerous friends.

Rollan was preceded in death by his mother & father.
