Obituary for Ronald Joe Turntine
Ronald Joe Turntine passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013, at his residence in Mangum, Oklahoma.
Joe was born on September 15, 1966, at Mangum City Hospital to Freddie Bo Doss and Martha C. (Powell) Miller. Joe grew up and attended school in Mangum and later went on to college. In 2006, Joe met the love of his life, Amy Darden, and they spent the next seven wonderful years together before his untimely death. In his free time, Joe enjoyed listening to music, dancing and playing dominoes, but most of all, Joe loved caring for his animals and helping his friends and family.
Preceded in death by his mother Martha C. (Powell) Miller; Joe is survived by Amy Darden, of the home; his father Freddie Bo Doss; two brothers, Earl H. Miller of Vacaville, California and Dee Doss of Ardmore, Oklahoma; Stormie and Mysti Darden along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service for Ronald Joe Turntine will be at 11:00a.m., Thursday, June 20, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Mangum with Shawn Johnson officiating.
