Obituary for Ronnie Ray Hughes
Ronnie Ray Hughes was born on June 24, 1931 at Olustee, Oklahoma. He died on January 25, 1990 at the South Community Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Olustee High School in 1949. He had been employed at Seagate Corp., working in air conditioning and heating, for the past 33 years. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include: a friend, Glenda McSperrin of Oklahoma City, OK; a daugfhter, Lynette Hawkins of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Renee Hughes of Houston, TX; two step-sons and their wives, Ken and Pauline Barton of Moore, OK and Donnie and Linda Barton of Cache, OK; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, R. J. and Ramona Hughes of Woodward, OK; a brother-in-law, Ace Lombardi of Bedford, MA; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Raymond O. and Mabel Hughes; two sisters, Glenna Lombardi and Doris York.
Graveside Services will be at Boggy Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 27, 1990. Arrangements are under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
