Rosa Lee O'Rear age 85 of Altus, Oklahoma died January 25, 1964 at Memorial Hospital, Altus. She was born July 1, 1878 in Van Buren, Arkansas to ? Carter and Sarah Rose. She came to Jackson County in 1909 from Texas. She married Mr. O'Rear and he preceded her in death March 31, 1956.
Funeral services for Rosa Lee O'Rear are scheduled for Tuesday January 28, 1964, 2:00pm at the Methodist Church officiated by Re. Owen Gragg. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Rosa Lee O'Rear is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Tom Sciually, Amarillo, Texas; Mrs. R.P. Sullivan, Waurika, Oklahoma; ten sons, Elmer O'Rear, Altus, Oklahoma; Clifford O'Rear, Denton, Texas; Coy O'Rear, Snyder, Texas; Doyle O'Rear, Pampa, Texas; Frazier O'Rear, Anadarko, Oklahoma; Harlan O'Rear, Amarillo, Texas; Gilford O'Rear, Altus, Oklahoma; Woodrow O'Rear, Arlington, Texas; Raymond O'Rear, Houston, Texas; Freeman O'Rear, Denton, Texas; twenty-seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, two brothers, Frazier Caster, Altus, Oklahoma; John Caster, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
